4. Hayley Matthews
Hayley Matthews Is one of the top-drawer all-rounders going around in world cricket at the moment. She has scored 1915 runs in 75 ODIs at an average of 26.97 and bagged 89 wickets at an economy of 4.06. In the shortest format, she has scored 1581 runs in 82 T20Is at a strike rate of 104.15 and picked up 78 wickets at an economy of 5.80.
Matthews was simply sensational in the T20 carnival in South Africa. When West Indies locked horns with Ireland in the 13th match of the competition, the ace batter was quite prolific with bat and played a high-pressure knock of 63* runs off 50 balls to take her team to victory. She also took a wicket in the game.
Matthews displayed her all-round brilliance in the encounter against Pakistan. In a low-scoring game, she contributed 20 runs with the bat to provide her side with a decent start. On the bowling front, the ace all-rounder spun the web around the opposition and registered figures of 4-1-14-2, to help the West Indies defend 116 runs.
Matthews made a total of 130 runs in four games played in the marquee tournament and bagged as many wickets at an economy of 6.35.
