9. Bangladesh- 4.5/10
Bangladesh are sitting at the bottom of the table with just one win and four heavy losses in five matches. Under their veteran skipper Shakib Al Hasan, they have failed to bring cheers to the faces of their supporters but in the upcoming games, they will strive to showcase their best.
Talking about their fielding performance, the Bangla side has looked completely ordinary. In the important game against New Zealand in Chennai, they faced a humiliating eight-wicket defeat. After putting up an average total of 245 runs on the board, the Bangla team had to showcase its best in the bowling and fielding departments of the game.
However, the Kiwi side batted with discipline in the middle and created pressure on Shakib and his men. The Bangla tigers’ morale went down and their fielding performance reflected it completely. Fielding at the point, Mehidy Hasan Miraz dropped Devon Conway, who was batting at four while Taskin Ahmed also dropped the New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson when New Zealand’s score was 27.
