Deandra Dottin is one of the finest all-rounders that the West Indies cricket has produced. She scored 2697 runs in 127 T20Is and bagged 62 wickets at an economy of 6.42. When it comes to the ODIs, the 31-year-old aggregated 3727 runs in 143 games and picked up 72 scalps at an economy of 4.87.

Dottin is a ferocious striker of the cricket ball and has destroyed bowling attacks with her power-hitting might. On the bowling front, the ace all-rounder has been a smart customer and provided her side with wickets at regular intervals.

Dottin took the Women’s Big Bash League 2022 by storm with her magnificent performances. She plundered 362 runs in 16 games at a strike rate of 114.19 and bagged 14 wickets at an economy of 7.53.

The Barbados-born was in a rich vein of form leading into the auction and thus, it was a no-brainer for franchises to acquire her services at the auction. However, teams did not go all out to sign her and she was picked by Gujarat Giants at an affordable price of INR 60 lakh.
