3. Parshavi Chopra
Parshavi Chopra became a known name in the cricketing world after becoming the second-leading wicket-taker in the ICC Women’s U-19 T20 World Cup. In the tournament, she played a crucial role in India's U19 title victory with 11 wickets in six matches at an economy of 3.66.
Her best bowling figures came against Sri Lanka U-19 in which she racked up 4-5 figures with her ball. After showcasing the sensational bowling display against the neighbours, the 16-year-old also became the Player of the Match.
Witnessing her hit shows with the ball at the marquee event, UP Warriors (UPW) bought Chopra at her reserved amount of INR 10 lakh. For the Warriors, she will be an important name as the franchise will expect her to reinforce its spin attack along with Deepti Sharma and England’s Sophie Ecclestone.
