She has been in international cricket since 2020 and has featured in 31 T20I matches. In her 26 innings in the format, she has amassed 458 runs at an impeccable strike rate of 135.50. The previous year, that is 2022, was her best year in T20Is as she hit 259 runs with in 18 games, at a phenomenal strike rate of 150.58.
Riding on her match-finishing skills, India have won a lot of games in the last few years. Going through that interesting record of her, the franchise might give Ghosh the task to play the role of a finisher. If she gets support from her teammate Ellyse Perry, she could go harder on bowlers with her power-hitting ability.
The uncapped India player Shreyanka Patil will be a part of RCB in the tournament as the franchise signed the talented Karnataka player for INR 10 lakh at the auction. The youngster is a known name in the domestic circuit due to her off-spin bowling skills and batting in the lower order. In 2021, she grabbed everyone's attention after taking nine wickets for her side in seven contests of the Senior Women’s One-Day Trophy 2021-22. &nbsp;
5. Megan Schutt &amp; Preeti Bose

With her vast international experience, she received INR 40 lakhs in the auction and made it to RCB’s 2023 squad. After bagging the contract, she will be expected to help her team dominate in the competition.
Speaking of Schutt’s bowling figures in T20Is, the veteran has picked 117 wickets in 92 matches at an economy of 6.20. She has fine numbers in WBBL too as the 30-year-old represents Adelaide Strikers and has scalped 114 wickets in 113 contests at an economy of 5.76. With this incredible and huge experience in the T20 form, she could help her franchise pull off the title in the first season.
The franchise will also rely on team Railways' Preeti Bose to bolster their bowling unit. The 30-year-old featured last in the 2021-22 edition of the Women’s Senior One-Day Trophy. In the tournament, she took two wickets in four contests at a magnificent economy of 1.64. Noting her experience, RCB picked the veteran at her base price of INR 30 lakh.
6. Renuka Singh &amp; Sahana Pawar

However, the plucky India bowler fetched INR 1.5 crore from the franchise, thanks to her marvellous bowling skills.&nbsp;
RCB engaged in a bidding war with Delhi Capitals (DC) and Gujarat Giants (GG) to sign her for the mega T20 event to be held next month. So far, she has grabbed 24 wickets in national colours in 28 T20 Internationals, with her career best of 4/10. In January 2023, she also became the ICC Emerging Women’s Cricketer of the Year, courtesy of her remarkable bowling displays in white ball cricket in 2022.
Sahana Pawar, along with Preeti Bose, will spearhead the spin attack of RCB as the franchise bought the bowler at her basic price of INR 10 lakh. The 26-year-old displayed class in the Senior Women’s T20 Challenger Trophy 2022-23.
