Beth Mooney is one of the finest players in the current Australian team due to her brilliant batting and wicket-keeping potential. As a batter, she has served her national side exceptionally with her aggressive batting approach. The 29-year-old has scored 2,144 runs with two tons in 77 WT20Is at a decent strike rate of 125.30.

This year, she looked impeccable with her bat in the home series against Pakistan Women. In the WODI competition, she became the leading run-scorer for the team with 191 runs in three matches at a spectacular strike rate of 116.46. Mooney continued her form against the Women in Green in WT20Is as well. The stylish southpaw amassed 46 runs in an inning of two games at a strike rate of 158.62 and contributed to the team winning the series.

In this WIPL auction, eyes will be set on her as she can attract a huge amount due to her superb form. Her base price of INR 40 lakh, which could be considered very less after noting her experience, will also bring joy to the franchises.
