3. England - Tammy Beaumont

Tammy Beaumont also went under the hammer in the 2024 WPL auction but found no takers. The 32-year-old registered in the auction at a base price of INR 30 lakh but no franchise raise the paddle when her name was announced.

This year, the England player looked fine with her bat in the 2023 Hundred Women’s Competition. Playing for Welsh Fire, she smashed 290 runs in eight matches at a remarkable strike rate of 153.43. The England veteran looked decent with her bat in the 2023-24 WBBL as well.

Wearing Melbourne Renegades’ jersey, she accumulated 296 runs in 14 matches at a strike rate of 119.35. However, these numbers could not impress the franchises and she went unsold in WPL auctions two times in a row.
