Cricket and Bollywood to blend in for Monarch Cruise

Monarch Cruise, a ship that will cruise through the capital town of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur and sail through Phuket, Penang, Colombo and Cochin before reaching Mumbai and finally heading towards Singapore, has announced its arrival in a grand manner. The cruise promises to be a blend of cricket and Bollywood and hence is expected to garner a lot of Asian audiences.

The Cruise will let the passengers get close to the icons from Bollywood and cricket and hence is a unique concept in itself. The three brand ambassadors of this Cruise are Sachin Tendulkar, Brett Lee and Shane Warne. The cruise will be fun-filled with a lot of other stars joining the celebs and passengers for either the events taking place on the cruise or for the Gala events.

Some of the other notable mentions among the celebs who have been roped in for this unique extravaganza are singers Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Neha Kakkar, Badshah, DJ Khushi. Vir Das, Sanjeev Kapoor and actress Neha Dhupia are all slated to join the mega-event. Kumar Sangakkara will also be seen in the cruise.

The cricketers are definitely excited to be a part of the event and Sachin Tendulkar, the brand ambassador for the event, seemed the most excited as he quoted, “This is such a unique concept and I am delighted to be a part of it. The slated price for the bookings of the cruise would start in the later part of December with prices starting from INR 79,990. An advance booking or the ‘book your invitation’ feature availed of by paying a fully refundable fee of INR 3,500. Sanjeev Kapoor will delight the passengers with his exquisite cuisine and there are plans of conducting a few T20 matches as well which is yet another exciting prospect of the cruise.
