On what could possibly be the best game of this season, The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will square off against the 5-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) live from Chepauk. This is the first-ever evening match played at Chennai between these two huge sides and one would expect this to be a cracker of contest.

Mumbai Indians are coming on the back of two huge wins with them successfully chasing more than 200 in their last two encounters vs RR and PBKS respectively. The forms of Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav have been huge assets for the five-time champions. At the same time, their bowling (apart from Piyush Chawla) still looks weak with them conceding more than 200 in four consecutive games.

CSK meanwhile have had two games whose result should have gone their way. They lost a closely fought affair vs Punjab and a washed-out contest vs Lucknow which derailed their momentum. The Yellove fans were confident enough that their team would make it to the playoffs but after the last two matches, it seems like even CSK fans are slightly worried about the tournament can shift given the fact that are four other teams on 10 points.

Chennai when compared to Mumbai has a better bowling attack which could play a vital role in the moresoever spin friendly Chepauk wicket. MI would love to chase given their recent track record whereas CSK will use the same formula in restricting the opponents and chasing the target. If Mumbai wins this El-Clasico game they will have their undefeated streak of winning at Chepauk since 2012 continue.
