WARNER IS PUMPED UP!
POTM opens up Axar Patel opens up
"Important was 34 in 34. I ordered for coffee and I left the glass like that, when three wickets fell in one over. Pandey and I discussed we need to take it as deep as possible. (On the surface) It was slow, the ball was coming off slowly. I felt that me and Kuldeep can tie up the batters on this surface, so it was enjoyable. (On getting Markram’s wicket) I keep getting wickets in the form of knocking over batters but getting a wicket off the slower one was enjoyable," Axar said.
Delhi skipper David Warner opened up after SRH win
"Love it here, it's an amazing crowd, they always come here and support. Thanks for all the support. The game throws us challenges, for us, it's great to get two points. Mukesh under pressure was amazing. Well done to him and the the two spinners, they've been our rock. These two are experienced bowlers, they are never going to let you down. From day one, he (Ishant) kept on telling me that was he ready. Unfortunately he was sick few games before but credit to him. He's worked very hard to get back into the IPL. To get an opportunity and to bowl upfront like he has, that's exceptional. We spoke about it at the end of 0 out of 5 that teams have won before there. Hopefully we can make it three in a row. We've got back-to-back games against Sunrisers, so we have to start again," Warner mentioned.
WHAT DID LOSING SKIPPER AIDEN MARKRAM SAY?
"Not good with the bat. Not enough intent, not excited to win a game of cricket unfortunately. We have to go back and see how we can be free and be better. It is difficult, you can say all the right things but guys have to buy into it. We want to play a certain brand of cricket and if we get it wrong doing that then we'll sleep a lot better at night. Tonight we lacked intent, unfortunately we are letting us down because of a lack of intent. I would love to do that to be honest, something I quite enjoy doing, guys need to work hard [on motivating the team]. Incredibly proud of them, kept it pretty simple and used the conditions really well. Our bowling does not deserve to be on the losing side but a small bit of positivity I suppose," Mayank stated.
JUST FIVE OFF THE LAST OVER!
MUKESH KUMAR, YOU BEAUTY!! DC BEAT SRH BY SEVEN RUNS. SOME GAME THIS! WOW
DONE AND DUSTED!
SRH NEED EIGHT OFF ONE.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant from Mukesh in the death. SRH NEED TWO OFF NINE.
10 OFF THREE!
Marco Jansen with the bat while Warner is making some changes in the field.

TOP-CLASS BOWLING FROM MUKESH YADAV. 11 FROM FOUR!
11 NEEDED OFF FIVE!
NAILBITING STUFF AT HYDERABAD!!
POPCORN KAHA HAI?
13 too get in the last over!
Wow, we are in for a thriller. 10 runs come off in the 19th over and now, the home team needs only 13 ore runs. Tricky but gettable. Delhi meanwhile look desperate to win their second match of the IPL 2023 season.
SPOKE TOO SOON, KLAASEN DEPARTS!
Aman Khan picks up this time as Klaasen walks back to the pavilion after scoring 31 runs off just 19 deliveries. SRH need 19 off nine.
MARSH DROPS KLAASEN!
Not an easy catch at all as Marsh was chasing it for a long time. However, it can cost them the game nevertheless.
In the 34th clash of the ongoing Indian Premier League 2023, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will take on Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. After a series of setbacks, both teams would be desperate to put themselves in the top ranks by clinching a victory in the all-important clash. From a solitary win in six outings, Delhi Capitals have only managed to accumulate two points in the tournament so far, as they currently find themselves in the bottom-most position. Sunrisers Hyderabad aren't in a much better position either as they have only won one match more than their Delhi counterparts and currently occupy the ninth position.
Both teams come into the contest on the back of contrasting outcomes. While Sunrisers Hyderabad sustained a loss in their last outing against Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals would be high on confidence as they managed to clinch their first victory of the tournament in their last encounter against Kolkata Knight Riders. Thus, while SRH would be keen to reverse their streak, Delhi would give it their all to not lose the winning momentum.
For SRH, Mayank Markande has been in terrific touch and would look to continue the form against Delhi Capitals as well. SRH had their fair share of laugh in the clash against Kolkata Knight Riders where swashbuckling English import Harry Brook notched up the first century of the ongoing season. In their last game, they promoted Abhishek Sharma up the order which seemed to have yielded dividends.
DC, on the other hand, would be happy with the return of veteran pacer Ishant Sharma who stole the show in his maiden appearance for the franchise in the ongoing season by bagging the Player of the Match award in Delhi's last match against Kolkata Knight Riders. In the batting department, David Warner has been in clinical form, having amassed 285 runs in six matches to find himself in the top three of the IPL Orange Cap list.
