LLC 2022: Match 12, IC vs MNT Match Prediction - Who will win today’s LLC match between IC vs MNT ?

After winning by 7 wickets against Manipal Tigers in the previous match, India Capitals have already qualified for the playoffs of the competition. On the other hand, the Tigers with 3 points in their bank are at the bottom of the table and will be playing their last match of the season on October 1.

Courtesy of brilliant innings from Jesse Ryder and Mohammad Kaif, the Tigers posted 161 on board after 20 overs. The former Kiwi international scored 79 off 56 while Kaif scored 67 off 48 but that was not enough. Former English speedster Liam Plunkett alongwith Rajat Bhatia picked up two wickets each to restrict the Tigers from putting a massive total.

Capitals, the most consistent team in the tournament, played an aggressive brand of cricket and chased the total down with 16 balls to spare. Hamilton Masakadza was brilliant on the night as the Zimbabwean scored 68 off 39 while Ashley Nurse’s cameo of 21 off 11 sealed the deal for the Capitals.

Being already qualified for the playoffs, the Capitals can chop and change some personalities in the squad. On the other hand, the Harbajan Singh-led side will give their all to bring joy among all their supporters.
