The second T20I between New Zealand and Pakistan is set to be played at the University Oval in Dunedin. The New Zealand team is currently in the lead after their win at Christchurch and will be confident going into the upcoming game which will take place on March 18 where they will look to extend their lead going forward.
The Michael Bracewell-led team outplayed the Green Shirts in the first game with both bat and ball. Salman Agha and his boys were bowled out for just 91 runs in the end which was chased down easily in the end. This was a great performance from the Kiwi side who went into this game with some new and young players.
Speaking of new and young players the Pakistan team had also got some upcoming stars who made it into the team after their performances in domestic cricket but in the end, no player on the day impressed the fans on the day as there was only one batter who got a 30+ score and only one wicket was taken by the bowlers in the second innings.

Pitch Report
The University oval is once again a balanced pitch that offers some assistance to the pace bowlers and also gets better with time for the batters. Though there are some big totals scored in this game which makes this another wicket where bowling first would be a great option for the skipper who wins the toss.

Probable Best Performers
Probable best batter: Tim Seifert

The first game was a terrible game for the batters. The only batter who looked threatening on the day was Tim Seifert who scored 44 off 29 deliveries. He will want to continue his great form and will hopefully get a big score in the upcoming match. Seifert’s attacking style of batting will be something the fans will look forward to.
Probable best bowler: Jacob Duffy

Though Kyle Jamieson’s spell was commendable Jacob Duffy’s spell also played a great role in the New Zealand victory. Duffy took a four-wicket haul in the first game and once again has proved to be effective with his variations taking some big wickets in the previous match.
