Additional appointments made to WPL Committee, Dilsher Khanna nominated as member

Rohan Gauns Dessai has been inducted into the WPL Committee following his election as the Honorary Joint Secretary of BCCI. The committee confirmed the development on Monday, March 10.

Dilsher Khanna has been nominated to the eight-member BCCI Women’s Premier League (WPL) Committee. A vacancy arose following Prabhtej Bhatia’s election as the Honorary Treasurer of BCCI, as he previously served as a member of the WPL Committee.

BCCI congratulates Team India on Champions Trophy win

Meanwhile, the Indian men's cricket team emerged triumphant at the Champions Trophy 2025 after beating New Zealand in the grand finale on Sunday, March 09. Key BCCI members came forward and expressed their heartfelt congratulations to the Men in Blue for lifting their first ODI trophy since 2013, this time under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma.
