There will be some missing out, that happens every time: Rohit Sharma
Rohit Sharma also shared his insights on the selection process and said that they can only select 15 players and the selected players are the best available ones.
"There will be some missing out and that happens every time. We can fit only 15 players. We looked at how to create a good balance and this is the best we could get," said Sharma.
Sharma emphasized the importance of competition within the squad, stating, "It's good thing if people are fighting for their spots. It is challenging. We have to look at who is in form, what opposition is infront, who will benefit more; we look at all these factors and decide upon the team for matches. This happens in Cricket, we have to make tough calls. What is good for us on a given day, we do that.”
