Meanwhile, the legendary former India wicketkeeper-batter Farokh Engineer has praised Irish all-rounder Curtis Campher and has said that every team needs an all-rounder like him. Campher recently gave a magical performance with both bat and the ball against Scotland to help Ireland register a memorable victory.
Bowling first, Campher took two crucial wickets for his side and gave away just nine runs in his two overs. Chasing 177 to win, the Irish side was down and out but Campher played an outrageous knock of unbeaten 72 runs in just 32 balls and helped his side to eventually win the game. He was also adjudged the Player of the Match for his excellent performance.

"If a guy is successful in one department, like he did very well in bowling, that gives additional confidence. Your chest is puffed up that I have done well in one department why cannot I do well in batting as well? I have seen Campher playing some useful knocks," said Engineer while speaking on 'BatBricks7 presents Run Ki Runneeti show on CricTracker.
"He is a fighter and teams need all-rounders like him so naturally, he will be looking to contribute with the bat as well. Bowling, everyone expects him to do well, but the expectancy will be on him to score runs as well for Ireland which is his additional strength," he added.
Speaking about Campher, he has played 24 matches and scored 364 runs at an average of almost 23 with his strike-rate being 126.82. He has one fifty which came recently against Scotland. In the bowling department, Campher has taken 20 wickets at an average of 25.85. He bowls at an economy of 8.05.
