'Few more hours to go ' - Sourav Ganguly to announce something 'special' on 51st birthday

Former India skipper, Sourav Ganguly will be celebrating his 51st birthday on July 8 this year. Ganguly on his birthday Eve shared an interesting Tweet on his official Twitter account, which has made his fans quite confused. Recently, the veteran India cricketer was seen with Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 as its Director of Cricket. 

Ganguly's social media post has surely created a buzz on the internet among fans, while some fans are thinking that ‘Dada’, as he is fondly known, is likely to begin his political career after serving as the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president. There are also reports that the former India star batter will be announcing something related to his biopic on his birthday.

Sourav Ganguly is likely to announce his biopic on his birthday 

It is rumoured that the shoot of Ganguly's biopic is likely to begin soon, and he might announce the same on his birthday. Earlier in the month of May, producers Ankur Garg and Luv Ranjan met the ex-India skipper at his Kolkata residence in regards to the making of his biopic. 

Indian cricket under Ganguly's leadership witnessed major evolution. Sourav might not have won a major ICC trophy for India but the former Indian skipper helped the team to fight and win series overseas and it was later taken forward by the likes of MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli.

Ahead of his birthday, the former left-handed batter shared a video on his official Twitter account to remind people of his special day. Ganguly shared a video one day before his birthday with a caption reading "The support & love keeps us going. Few more hours to go …"

While the big dilemma about Prince of Calcutta's major announcement will be revealed on his birthday, till then fans are surely going to keep guessing about the same.
