India and Pakistan are playing in the 3rd match of the much-awaited Asia Cup. Earlier, the match was halted because of the rain and post-rain, India lost their two of the most important batters, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.
Shreyas Iyer came in to bat at number four and looked quite comfortable at the crease against the fiery Pakistan's fast bowling. Meanwhile, in the eighth over of the match, Haris Rauf's quick ball broke the bat of Shreyas Iyer. Iyer played a cover drive that yielded him two runs for the shot but in the process, he broke his bat.

Soon after Iyer's bat-split incident, the right-hand batter inducted a sense of relief with two quick boundaries. After Shaheen Afridi rocked India with two sensational wickets, all hopes rested on Iyer.
The right-hand batter however has found the comeback incredibly tough as he was removed from the crease with another Rauf beauty in the 10th over.
Rauf banged one short on off with Iyer having enough time to get into a good position and come up with a good-looking pull shot. In a split second, however, fans found out that the ball had found the hands of Fakhar Zaman at mid-wicket.
Rohit and Virat desert Indian batting lineup early on
Early on in the match, star India batters Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma failed to bring India out of Shaheen-storm as both fell prey to the left-arm pacer.
Rohit failed to make sense of a quality inswinger and departed at 11 off 22. Kohli's wicket on the other hand harked back to his past departures as he knicked an outswinging delivery onto the stumps at 4 off 7.
At the end of 11.2 overs, India struggle at 51/3 with three of the top batters Rohit, Kohli and Iyer having departed from the crease. India would hope the middle order to come to their saving and take the score to a defendable total in what is going to be a rain-affected Asia Cup match.
