Recently, the spotlight turned to former India captain, Rahul Dravid, after the recent announcement by T-Series about the biopic on the legendary cricketer, Yuvraj Singh. The focus has now shifted towards the former head coach. Interestingly, during an award ceremony, the former Indian head coach was asked about who should play his role in a biopic.
"If the money is good enough, I will play the role," Dravid came up with a witty reply at the CEAT Cricket Rating awards ceremony.

Rahul Dravid's illustrious career, which ended in his role as the head coach of the Indian cricket team, has been nothing short of extraordinary. His recent success in guiding the Men in Blue to the 2024 T20 World Cup victory adds another feather to his illustrious cap. The 51-year-old reflected on his coaching experience during the 2023 ODI World Cup in India. He also opened up about India's unbeaten run till the 2023 ODI World Cup final before losing to Australia in the summit clash by six wickets.

“To travel all over this country and to be able to experience that joy and passion of the fans. I’ve never been a part of a World Cup as a player in India, but just the experience as a coach to go from city to city and just walk and see what this game meant to the people of this country was phenomenal. It was incredible,” the former Indian legend added.
“I thought we ran a phenomenal campaign. We came unstuck in the final and Australia played better cricket than us on the day. They were a better team and congratulations (to them). That can happen in sport and that’s what sport is about,” Dravid concluded.
