India's premier left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja has announced his comeback to international cricket in resounding fashion and Australia are feeling the impact of the same as they are currently languishing at 109 for the loss of five wickets.
Australia's most recent casualty happened to be Steve Smith, who was trying to take the Aussies to safer shores after a jittery start to the Test match. But Jadeja on his return outdid Smith with an absolute peach and sent him packing at an individual score of 37 off 107 balls.
Jadeja dismissed Smith on the last delivery of the 42nd over as the latter went searching for the turn and did a forward defensive prod but to his amazement, the ball held its line completely and went straight to disturb his furniture.
Smith was clearly left in awe of the delivery and stood in bewilderment for a while as Jadeja set off in merriment to celebrate with his fellow teammates.

Smith happens to be Jadeja's latest victim in the game after the star all-rounder dismissed a well-set Marnus Labuschagne when he was just one shy of completing a maiden Test half-century in India in a Test match and then got rid of Matt Renshaw for a duck.
Notably, Australia were looking good with the scoreboard reading 76 for the loss of two wickets at Lunch on Day 1 as both Marnus and Smith had rescued the visitors after two early setbacks. But it all went haywire for the Pat Cummins-led side as soon as Jadeja was brought into the attack after lunch and the Gujarat-born cricketer weaved his magic in no time.
Earlier in the day, Pat Cummins won the toss and decided to bat first on a wicket that looked pretty spin-friendly from the outset. But the visitors were jolted early after the pace duo of Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj struck immediately to dismiss both David Warner and Usman Khawaja.
Here's how Twitter reacted to Jadeja's return:
