India vs Australia 2023: Full Squads, ODI schedule, Where to Watch IND vs AUS match on TV, Online, live streaming details - All you need to know
India will lock horns with Australia in a three-match ODI series starting March 17.
India have had a phenomenal start to the ongoing multi-format tour against Australia. India have won the first two games of the four-match Test series in a clinical fashion and with that, have retained the iconic Border-Gavaskar Trophy. As they bid to continue with the winning momentum going forward, the BCCI has announced the squads for the remaining two Tests and the three-match ODI series starting March 17.
The biggest talking point in regards to India’s ODI squad is the inclusion of Jaydev Unadkat. The 31-year-old was the highest wicket-taker of the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2022 with 19 scalps to his name in ten matches. The selectors have rewarded him for his stellar showings and the left-arm pacer will look to make the most if given the opportunity to feature in the playing XI.
Ravindra Jadeja, who has made a stellar comeback to Test cricket after a five-month injury lay-off following a knee surgery, has also returned to the ODI set-up. However, Jasprit Bumrah is still not part of the team as the ace pacer continues to recover from his back injury.
Notably, India’s designated captain Rohit Sharma will miss the first ODI due to family commitments and Hardik Pandya will be the leader of the troop in Rohit's absence.
