The fourth T20I between India and Australia saw the Men in Blue clinch the series after a brilliant showing in Raipur. However, the game was organized under emergency lighting, as the stadium’s electricity connection was cut off five years ago due to non-clearance of dues of over INR 3.1 crore.
The match was close to being called off. However, generators and a temporary connection saved the day as the Chhattisgarh State Cricket Sangh brought generators, costing INR 1.4 crore.
