El Clasico in IPL 2023 final?
Defending champions Gujarat Titans became the second team to win the trophy in their first attempt in 2022 after Rajasthan Royals won the inaugurual edition in 2008. Both the Qualifier 2 and the final will be played at Gujarat’s home ground, the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Hence, the Hardik-Pandya-led side have a great chance to win their second successive title playing in their home conditions.
However, they will face tough competition from MI, who are peaking at the right time and are coming into the game after winning their last three fixtures. If MI manage to edge past GT, it will be an action-packed El Clasico finale as the two teams share a great rivalry on the field.
