POTM Khaleel Ahmed said:
"Have worked hard in the domestic season. Played a lot of matches in the last six months which has helped me know my game better. Love it when the ball swings and the batters get beaten. Have tried to figure out how I can keep myself fit. Red-ball game teaches you a lot about how the ball is coming out of the hand. Ultimate goal is to play for India," Khaleel said.
Winning skipper Rishabh Pant said:
"Bowlers have been clinical today. We've learnt from our mistake. He's been working hard from last two weeks (Shaw). We thought it's time to give him a chance and he flourished. It will depend on match to match, but if Mukesh can bowl at the death it'll be great. As a cricketer I've to give my 100 percent. Took some time initially as I haven't played much cricket in the last 1.5 years. This is something I've depended my life on. Always had the self-belief that whatever happens, it's important to come back to the ground," Pant said.
Losing skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad said:
"I was pretty happy with how the bowlers came back after the first six overs, restricting them to 190 was a good effort. First innings played better for the batting side, second innings there was some seam movement. Rachin [Ravindra] was missing it by a big margin, because of the extra bounce and movement. That was the difference. At halfway I felt it was gettable, but we couldn't capitalise in the powerplay. We were always behind, trying to catch up and get the rate down. First few overs we bowled well, but the last two overs [of the powerplay] was expensive. After two wins, you can expect one below par, so not much to worry about," Gaikwad said.
Dhoni finishes things in style
Although CSK ended up on the losing side, it was the magic of MS Dhoni, the Namma Thala, who sent the crowd in frenzy with the blitzkrieg in the final over. DC win by 20 runs.
Oh my Goodness
Two balls, two sixes. Mahi maar raha hain...!!!
Last over coming up
A loss seems inevitable for Chennai, but Dhoni is still there at the crease. You gotta believe in miracles, shouldn't you? MSD on strike for the last over, as 41 runs are required.
12 balls, 45 runs
Mukesh Kumar starts the penultimate over with a wide.
Its a SIX
MS Dhoni sends the ball over covers for a huge six. Thala magic has taken over Vizag. This land is blessed.
Dhoni on strike
Can Thala do it? 55 needed off 17 balls.
Jadeja smashes four
A bit late to the party, but CSK are accumulating quick runs in the middle. Courtesy of Dhoni and Jadeja.
Mahi Way
Dhoni gets off the mark with a boundary, and the Vizag crowd is absolutely loving it.
Thala Dharisanam!!!
MS Dhoni walks out to the centre to bat for the first time in almost 10 months.
Shivam Dube departs!
Shivam Dube departed after scoring 18 runs off 17 deliveries. Mukesh Kumar picked up his third as CSK are 120/6
Seven runs off the over
Excellent over from Anrich Nortje. Just seven runs off the over as CSK are 120/5 after 16 overs.
Nine runs off the over
Nine runs off the over as CSK are 112/5 after 15 overs. They need 79 runs to win in five overs.

However, since the Arun Jaitley Stadium is not ready to host them yet, the Rishabh Pant-led side will play their first two home matches at Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam.
Meanwhile, Delhi are under some pressure at the moment as the side has failed to win any of their first two matches. In their opening game against Punjab Kings, Delhi were close to getting over the line, but the Shikhar Dhawan-led side showed courage to get the job done. In the last match against Rajasthan Royals, the batters struggled in the middle overs, which led to their second defeat.
Coming to the Super Kings, they have done tremendously well under new skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad. The defending champions won both their matches so far as the likes of Shivam Dube, Rachin Ravindra and Sameer Rizvi have impressed with the bat. In the bowling department, Mustafizur Rahman has been a force to reckon with, while Deepak Chahar and Tushar Deshpande came good in the last match against Gujarat Titans. Given their form at the moment, the five-time champions should be confident ahead of their next match against Delhi. On March 31.
Probable Playing XI:
