England international Jofra Archer has been added to the Indian Premier League mega-auction list. The express pacer wasn’t included in the first list that the BCCI released and will be the 576th player in the auction and is very likely to arrive in the accelerated auction. The IPL council hasn’t disclosed Archer’s base price but given his experience and quality, the Barbados-born cricketer is very likely to put himself in the INR 2 crore bracket.

Apart from Archer, two Mumbai-born, Saurabh Netravalkar and Hardik Tamore, have been added to the auction list as well. They will be registered as player numbers 576 and 577 respectively. Notably, Netravalkar had a stunning T20 World Cup 2024, when he first gained attention. Later, the USA international picked up 15 wickets and finished as the leading wicket-taker of the Major League Cricket (MLC) 2024.

27-year-old Hardik Tamore, on the other hand, plays for Mumbai in the domestic cricket. He has played 10 T20 matches in his career and has scored 65 runs at a strike rate of 101.56.

Meanwhile, all-rounder Deepak Hooda has been identified and added to the suspect bowling list. The 29-year-old cricketer from Rajasthan has nine international wickets and owns 89 dismissals in domestic cricket. Saurabh Dubey (344, VCA) and KC Cariappa (381, CAM) are also added in the suspect list as Cricbuzz reported. On the other hand, Manish Pandey (KSCA, 157) and Shrijith Krishnan (KSCA, 281) have been banned from bowling.
