The Rajasthan Cricket Association's (RCA) ad hoc committee convener, Jaideep Bihani, recently raised allegations of match fixing on the popular IPL (Indian Premier League) franchise Rajasthan Royals (RR). Notably, in a recent IPL 2025 match, RR faced Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the renowned Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur.

At one stage, RR were in a commanding position against LSG and were cruising well towards a victory. However, a sudden collapse occurred, and the home side ended up on the losing side. As a result, this raised several eyebrows regarding the team's performance in the ongoing season.

"The ad hoc committee has been appointed by the state government in Rajasthan. After analysing our work, we were given an extension for the fifth time. During our tenure, we’ve conducted all competitions successfully right from the district level to the national level," Jaideep Bihani said in an interview with News 18 Rajasthan.

"However, as soon as the time for hosting the IPL came, the Sports Council took control of it. For IPL, the BCCI had first sent a letter to the RCA only. The excuse given by the Sports Council and RR was that we don’t have an MOU from the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. If the MOU is not there, so what? Aren’t you paying the Sports Council for every match?” Bihani asked.
