England batter Joe Root has moved up to 3rd position after scoring an unbeaten 122 in the first innings of the fourth Test. Additionally, England opener Zak Crawley's consistent display has earned him a spot in the top 20 for the first time, following his commendable scores of 42 and 60.

Moreover, Ravichandran Ashwin's stellar five-wicket haul in the second innings has significantly closed the gap with the top-ranked Jasprit Bumrah, narrowing it to a mere 21 rating points. Accompanying Ashwin's rise, wrist-spinner Kuldeep Yadav has climbed 10 places up to secure the 32nd position. While England's Shoaib Bashir has surged an impressive 38 places to attain the 80th spot, marking career bests for both players.
