LLC Masters 2023: Harbhajan Singh bamboozles Chris Gayle with magical Warne-like delivery
World Giants defeated India Maharajas by two runs.
In the second match of the ongoing Legends League Cricket Masters (LLC Masters), former India international Harbhajan Singh stunned Chris Gayle with a magical delivery. Playing against the World Giants, the off-spinner gave India Maharajas the first breakthrough as the ball pitched much outside the leg but turned a lot as it went on to crash the leg-stumps of the Caribbean southpaw.
The former West Indies skipper stood on the crease in disbelief for a few seconds as he could not process what exactly happened. Meanwhile, India Maharaja's wicketkeeper-batter Robin Uthappa was delighted and rushed towards Harbhajan Singh to celebrate the stunnign wicket with the team.

India Maharajas suffered another defeat in LLC Masters
After losing to Asia Lions in the first match of the competition, the Gautam Gambhir-led side once again suffered a loss as the World Giants defeated India Maharajas by two runs in the second match of the competition.
Batting first, Aaron Finch (53 off 31 deliveries) and Shane Watson (55 off 32 deliveries) gave World Giants a perfect start as Indian bowlers looked pretty average on the field. Their partnership of 88 runs eventually proved to be very crucial as the Aaron Finch-led side posted 166 runs on board after 20 overs.
Notably, post their dismissal, no other batter could dominate as the spin duo of Harbhajan Singh and Pravin Tambe picked up a total of six wickets. In just two overs, Singh picked up four wickets, giving away just 13 runs while Tambe picked up two, giving away only 17 runs in his four overs.
In the second innings of the match, skipper Gautam Gambhir once again led by example but no one could help him out in the middle. The southpaw scored 68 off 42 deliveries and gave India Maharajas a perfect start but the middle order once again failed to perform as the team lost their second game in a row.
For World Giants, Ricardo Powell picked up two wickets while Brett Lee, Tino Best and Chris Mpofu picked up one each. This win will give them a lot of confidence in their next game against Asia Lions on March 13.
