A video has gone viral all over social media that showed a man from Tamil Nadu being denied entry to Virat Kohli’s restaurant in Mumbai. Juhu, One8 Commune, the man claims that the reason he was denied entry was his outfit.
The man in the video was wearing veshti, and the clip has gone significantly viral all over social media.
The identity of the man was unable to be identified, in the video which has garnered over 1 million views, the man can be heard saying that he landed in Mumbai and he headed straight to his hotel (JW Marriot), and after checking in, he went to One8 Commune’s Juhu branch.
According to him, the restaurant’s staff stopped him from entering the hotel as his outfit was not in accordance with the venue’s dress code. The video caught mixed reactions across social media, many came in support of the man, whereas some pointed out that Virat Kohli is not at fault for what happened.
Kohli set to feature in South Africa Tests
After putting exceptional performances in the recently concluded ODI World Cup 2023, Virat Kohli will be making a return to the field for team India in the side’s upcoming tour to South Africa.

Furthermore, despite scoring a resilient knock under pressure in the final against Australia, Kohli’s performance was unable to propel the side to their third World Cup win as the Aussies overpowered them.
