The first leg of the limited-overs series comprises of three T20Is which will be played across three venues- Wellington, Mount Maunganui, and, Napier on November 18, 20, and, 22 respectively.

The Indian T20I team will be led by star all-rounder Hardik Pandya. Meanwhile, emerging tearaway speedster Umran Malik has been given an opportunity to prove his mettle in New Zealand conditions.

While Harshal Patel, and, Mohammed Siraj have been selected to bolster the pace attack, the inclusions of wrist-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, and, spin bowling all-rounder Washington Sundar can boost the spin attack.
