Pant looking to improve in ongoing Perth clash
Speaking of Pant's cricket, the star batter is currently in Australia as India are playing the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. Both Australia and India kicked off the five-game series in Perth on November 22. The game began with India batting first, but it was not an ideal outing for India with the bat as they were bundled out for just 150 after opting to bat.
Pant was one of the better players compared to most on day 1 of the first Test, scoring 37 runs in 78 deliveries. However, it was the bolwers, especially stand-in captain Jasprit Bumrah, who got India back into the game as they dismissed the Aussies for just 104 to ensure an unexpected 46-run lead.
