India and South Africa will clash in the 30th match of the T20 World Cup 2022 tournament at Perth Stadium on Sunday evening (October 30). India registered a big win against Netherlands in their last game to jump to the top of the Super 12 Group 2 table after winning the thriller against Pakistan in their opening clash.

South Africa are also enjoying an unbeaten start to their World Cup campaign so far. They had to settle for a point against Zimbabwe in their opening clash due to rain's intervention. But the Proteas recorded a big 104-run win against Bangladesh in their last game to reach the second spot in the Group 2 table with three points and a very crucial 5.200 net run rate.

Now the Proteas will face a tough challenge against India to target the top spot in the group 2 table. Both India and South Africa remain strong contenders to qualify for the semi-final round so the weather conditions will play a big part in this crucial game. Rain has been a big factor in teams' positions in the Group 1 table with three matches abandoned already.

Very little rain predicted for India vs South Africa:

India survived the strong rain forecast during their first tournament match against Pakistan and weather forecast in Perth during the game suggests very less chances of rain. According to the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology, there will be no or very little chance (24%) of rain in the early minutes despite the cloudy sky during game time.

The match is scheduled at 07:00 PM Local time (04:30 PM IST). The temperature during the game will vary from 14 to 12 degrees Celsius and humidity is expected to be high in the evening time. Accuweather predicts little rain showers during the day, so players can expect a wet outfield. The pitch at Perth Stadium has been very quick and with high humidity, it's a game for the pace bowlers.
