The reigning Asian champions will begin their T20 World Cup 2022 journey on October 16, 2022, against Namibia at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground. Dasun Shanka and his company will have to take the challenge and adapt themselves quickly in the Australian conditions for a fruitful outcome in the upcoming T20 World Cup.

Wanindu Hasaranga is another such player who’ll be very important for the team in the tourney. He is not only deceptive as a leg-spinner but also has the ability to tonk the ball many a miles if needed.
