UAE to host New Zealand for T20I series in August
The series against New Zealand will be the second series against a Full Member team this year following their series against Afghanistan in February.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Cricket Board recently announced that they will be hosting New Zealand for a three-match T20I series that is scheduled to begin in August. In a release, it was announced that the matches will be played on August 17, 19, and 20.
New Zealand are coming off a fabulous victory against England in the second match of the Test series. The Black Caps won the second game by a single run, levelling the series after both teams won one match each. New Zealand will now take on Sri Lanka for a two-match Test series, a three-match ODI series, which will be followed by a three-match T20I series. The first Test is scheduled to begin on March 9 at the Hagley Oval in New Zealand.

This will be the second series that the UAE will play against a Full Member at home this year after their matches against Afghanistan.
They played three T20I matches against Afghanistan in February 2023, which they lost 1-2.
