Star Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled out of the upcoming Test series against Bangladesh, commencing next month, according to the latest report. The Southpaw was ruled out of the ODI series against the neighbors commencing on December 4th due to a knee surgery, following the Asia Cup in UAE. India A's Saurabh Kumar is set to be announced as his replacement in the coming days.
Ravindra Jadeja, who missed the recently concluded T20 World Cup in Australia due to a knee injury, was ruled out of the three-match ODI series against Bangladesh, with RCB's all-rounder Shahbaz Ahmed named as his replacement for the limited-overs assignment.
However, according to the latest reports, Jadeja is also set to miss the two-match Test series that will follow the three ODIs in Bangladesh. Cricbuzz has reported that the flamboyant cricketer is still recuperating from his injury and won't take part in the Test series, which was doubtful ever since his replacement in the ODI squad.
