Amidst Karachi Kings' practice session, Hasan Ali, the seasoned fast-bowling all-rounder took a moment to shed light on his team's journey in the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL 2024).
Hasan expressed satisfaction with Karachi Kings' overall cricket performance, despite two close losses, emphasizing the positive aspect of the team's determined fight in those matches. Recognizing Multan Sultans as a strong adversary at the top of the table, Hasan Ali confidently expressed his team's motivation and anticipation of defeating them in the upcoming match.
“We played good cricket overall. Although we lost two matches, those were close matches and it is positive that we fought hard in those games. Multan Sultans is a good team and they are on the top of the table. But, our team is motivated and we are looking forward to defeating them tomorrow,” Ali was quoted as saying by Karachikings.com.
Responding to worries about Karachi Kings players contracting a viral infection, Hasan provided a positive update, stating that though some were unwell, the good news was that they have all recovered, with some even participating in the recent practice session.
“Unfortunately, some of our players were unwell due to the viral infection, but the good news is that they are all fine now and some of them also partook in the practice session,” Ali further stated.

I want to represent Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024: Hasan
The seasoned pacer Hasan Ali, expressed his desire to make a comeback to Pakistan's T20I team, emphasizing his goal to participate in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. The 29-year-old is determined to grab the selectors' attention through his performance in the current tournament, aiming for a return to the national T20I team for the upcoming series and the World Cup.
“I want to represent Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. This is an important tournament for me to get there. I want to get the selector’s attention with my performance in this tournament and make a return to the national T20I team for the upcoming T20 series as well as the World Cup,” the 29-year-old pacer concluded.
