Mohammad Mohsin, the skipper of the Bangladesh wheelchair team, spoke about their inclusion in the Wheelchair Cricket World Cup. He confirmed the acceptance of the invitation and added about starting their preparation for the event. Mohsin claimed it to be a proud moment and the start of a new chapter in Wheelchair cricket.

"Bangladesh wheelchair cricket team has accepted this prestigious invitation and has begun preparation to participate in the World Cup. This is a proud moment for Bangladesh and the start of a new chapter in the history of wheelchair cricket," said Mohsin as quoted by The Daily Star.

Mohsin, however, was sad to reveal that his team did not have an official sponsor or partner to help them take part in the event. He took it as an opportunity to request Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and the Ministry of Youth and Sports to help them take part in the tournament. Mohsin spoke about the need for the specially abled players to represent their country in different sports.

"Till now, we don't have any sponsor or financial partner to help us take part in the World Cup. We request the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the BCB to support us and help us avail the opportunity to represent the country in the international arena," Mohsin added.
