India vs England Match Preview, 2nd ODI

India (IND) will take on England (ENG) in the second ODI, at the renowned Barabati Cricket Stadium in Cuttack, on Sunday, February 9. The hosts have commenced the three-match ODI series with a win in the first ODI played in Nagpur. They won the game by four wickets to take a 1-0 lead in the series. On the other hand, England are in dire need to search for a win to save the series. 

English batters got off to a good start in the first ODI and faltered right at the end of the powerplay. They staged small partnerships in between but they kept losing wickets at regular intervals which ensured that their run rate never climbed up. On the other hand, Team India were without the services of their star batter Virat Kohli in the first ODI and after a long time, they entered with a southpaw as an opener in the form of the debutant, Yashasvi Jaiswal.
