India (IND) will take on England (ENG) in the fifth and final T20I at the renowned Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, on Sunday, February 2. After winning the fourth T20I, the hosts have already clinched the series by a  3-1 margin and they would like to finish in style by winning the final game as well. They had heavily relied on their spin attack throughout the series, but that seems to have changed since the last game.

On the other hand, England would be gutted to lose the last game with a close margin of 15 runs and that has swept the chance of levelling the series. The ODI series will succeed the T20Is and the team will aim for momentum to have on their side before venturing into the 50-over format. They have certain positives going into the last game with top-order firing and pace attack looking at its best.

Pitch Report

The Wankhede Stadium has a red soil pitch which aids the batter. The bounce could be relatively low for the pacers but there will be movement with Arabian Sea winds making their presence felt. If the curator decides on sandwiching the black soil, spinners will come into play after dead grass washes away.
