India Women vs New Zealand Women Match Preview, 3rd ODI

India Women (IND-W) and New Zealand (NZ-W) are set to go head-to-head for the final time in the three-match ODI series, which is tantalisingly poised at 1-1. The series decider is going to be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, on Tuesday, October 29.
Notably, India won the first match comprehensively by 59 runs to take a 1-0 lead in the series. Deepti Sharma won the Player of the Match award for her all-round exploits. Her 51-ball 41 helped India go past the 200-run mark before they were bowled out for 227. With the ball, she took the important wicket of Georgia Plimmer and bowled with a lot of discipline. Radha Yadav was the pick of the bowlers as she bagged a three-for.
New Zealand, however, bounced back exceptionally as they won the second ODI by 76 runs to restore parity in the series. The turnaround was orchestrated by captain Sophie Devine, who was excellent with bat and ball. She scored a brilliant 79 off 86 balls before bagging three wickets with the ball.
New Zealand bowled out the hosts for just 183. The final encounter promised to be a humdinger as both teams will try to bring their A-game to take the series.
