After losing the first match against England by a comfortable margin, Pakistan will have the chance to redeem themselves in the second T20I, to be played at the National Stadium, Karachi on September 22 (Thursday).

Despite getting a perfect start from their openers, a lackadaisical approach from the Pakistani batters meant that the home team could not even cross the 160-run mark in their allotted 20 overs. In reply, opening batter Alex Hales compiled a decent fifty to win the game for his team. Harry Brook also played well for his 40+ score.

Pitch and Conditions

The wicket at the National Stadium provided true bounce to the bowlers, but the ball was also coming nicely on to the bat. The same pitch is expected to be used for the second encounter as well. The skipper winning the toss might want to have a bowl first.
