Zimbabwe and Afghanistan are all set to kick off their ODI part of their ongoing series against Afghanistan. Both sides will take on each other in three ODIs. They will kick off the series with the first ODI. Both sides will lock horns at the Harare Sports Club on Tuesday, December 17.
It is worth noting that Zimbabwe last played an ODI in November 2024, when they faced off against Pakistan in a white ball series. Out of the three ODIs, Zimbabwe managed to win the first clash but failed to register wins in the next two matches.
They will hope to put in another good showing against Afghanistan and hopefully make the most of the home advantage. On the other hand, Afghanistan last played ODI cricket against Bangladesh in November 2024 as well.
