Zimbabwe vs Pakistan Match Preview, 1st T20I

The T20I series opener between Zimbabwe and Pakistan is slated to be played at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo. 

All three matches of the 20-over leg will be played at the same venue as the ODI segment was played. In the first ODI, the hosts registered a memorable 80-run victory via the DLS method in a match which was curtailed by rain. However, it was Pakistan who bounced back with successive dominating performances to clinch the series.

It will be intriguing to see how Zimbabwe respond to the ODI series loss. Ideally, they would be expected to bounce back and put in a much more spirited performance.

The pacers have had a better track record as compared to the spinners at this particular venue. The batters would look to play the first few overs cautiously of each innings carefully due to the seam movement expected to be on offer.
