ILT20 2025

The 2025 edition of the International League T20 (ILT T20) will be the third season of the 20-over franchise tournament. The T20 cricket carnival, which is hosted by the Emirates Cricket Board, will commence on January 11, 2025 and end in the subsequent month on February 9.

Runners-up of the previous edition, Dubai Capitals, will play defending champions, MI Emirates. The tournament, as it has been being played previously, will see six teams contesting. The fixtures will be played at three venues - Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, and Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

Much like the Indian Premier League (IPL), the tournament features the same road to the final. The teams finishing in the top two spots will play Qualifier 1, while those ending up on third and fourth place will lock horns in the Eliminator. The winner of the first qualifier will secure their place in the final, with Qualifier 2 being played between the winner of the Eliminator and the team ending up losing Qualifier 1. Despite the forthcoming edition clashing with the Big Bash League, Super Smash, Bangladesh Premier League, and SA20, there are a host of international superstars who will be plying their trade for the respective franchises in the coveted ILT20
