India's performance in the last match

India managed to get another emphatic win over arch-rivals Pakistan in their previous match. Pakistan lost early wickets but Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel brought the team back with a century stand. But, that sparked another collapse led by Kuldeep Yadav and Hardik Pandya with the ball and Pakistan finished with a below par score.

India's chase got off to a fast start but Rohit Sharma fell early. Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill stabilised things with a 50+ stand, but it was the century stand between Kohli and half-centurion Shreyas Iyer that put the game in India's favour. Amidst some drama in the final moments of the chase, Kohli completed his century with the winning runs.
