After a boisterous win for India at Kolkata, the action in the five-match T20I series between India and England will move to the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. England have now gone three matches without registering a win in the format.
In the first T20I, India's decision to bowl first paid dividends as Arshdeep Singh had dismissed both openers within the first three overs. England skipper Jos Buttler played a lone hand but lack of support from all other batters crippled him as India's spinners cast a web over England's middle order. England finished with a below par 132.
India responded the only way they know how, by going hammer and tongs. In the second over of the innings, Sanju Samson tore Gus Atkinson apart by scoring 22 runs in the over. Jofra Archer struck twice in an over, but Abhishek Sharma dispatched everyone to every part of the ground to give India a win with more than 7 overs to spare.

The Chepauk Stadium has hosted just two T20Is till date but has an outstanding reputation as a surface offering help to spinners. Considering how England fared against spin in the first game, that is not likely to change.
