RCB vs GT Stats Preview, Match 14 – Which players will create new records in today's IPL match?
Royal Challengers Bengaluru top the points table with both games won so far.

The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will return to their home ground after winning successive away matches in the ongoing IPL 2025. Gujarat Titans (GT) are also riding high after a win in their last game, and this game will provide the visitors with a chance to ruin the hosts' winning streak.
RCB jumped to the top of the points table after registering a win against CSK. It was the first time that they had beaten CSK in Chennai since 2008. Phil Salt got off to a cracker, and despite Virat Kohli's struggles, Rajat Patidar made a counterattacking fifty, making the most of his dropped chances.
Tim David also hit sixes at the right time to take RCB to 196. The Bengaluru bowlers made CSK struggle, with Josh Hazlewood taking 2 wickets in the second over, keeping the things tight despite field restrictions in the powerplay. Yash Dayal and Liam Livingstone kept the pressure up on the home side in the middle overs, and MS Dhoni's final over boundaries only reduced RCB's win margin.
GT also defended the exact same target against MI in their last game. Sai Sudharsan's important fifty and even more crucial fifty stands with captain Shubman Gill and ace wicketkeeper-batter Jos Buttler gave GT the platform they needed. Mohammed Siraj removed both the Mumbai openers in the powerplay to give his side an upper hand. Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma put up a partnership, but Prasidh Krishna delivered a death overs masterclass to give the 2022 champions the win.
