Cricketing fraternity wishes 'King' Shah Rukh Khan on his 53rd birthday

The Bollywood Superstar and fondly known as ‘King Khan’ Shah Rukh Khan is celebrating his 53rd birthday today and no wonder his fans are over the moon. This is by no means a surprise that the most followed actor is still one of the leading stars in Bollywood. He has played some memorable roles in a plethora of movies so far that some of them are etched in our minds forever. Even the cricketers love him and didn’t forget to wish him on the special occasion.

Shah Rukh Khan began his Bollywood career with Deewana movie in June 1992 on the back of a superb acting in the famous TV serial Circus and has never seen back since. His roles in the movies like Baazigar, Darr, Chak De India, Swades and a lot more are fresh in the memories of his fans. Easily, he is one of the most versatile actors ever the Indian Cinema has ever witnessed.

‘Zero’ coming soon

On the occasion of his birthday, Shah Rukh Khan released the trailer of his upcoming much-awaited movie, Zero, which is being hailed all over the world. He is playing a dwarf’s role in it and will be released on December 21 on the occasion of Christmas and New Year.

As far as the cricketing relations of Shah Rukh Khan is considered, the Baadshah owns the Kolkata Knight Riders team in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and is emotionally connected to the game. He loves his team and more often than not is seen in the stands to support them during the cash-rich team. Shahrukh also owns a team in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) Trinbago Knight Riders and follows their progress every now and then.

There is no surprise that he has good relations with almost every Indian cricketer who took to the social media to wish the birthday boy and hailed him for his contribution to the Indian Cinema.
