The cricketing trends on social media revolved around various events on Thursday with cricketers expressing themselves through their official handle. The buzz was around the three matches to be played on Friday. India is set to finally return to international cricket with the first of the three-match ODI series against Australia to be played in Sydney on Friday.

The Indian cricketers were excited to play for the country again after a long gap and Shreyas Iyer posted a picture wearing the Retro Jersey. Meanwhile 26/11 marked 12th anniversary of the Mumbai Terror Attacks back in 2008 and most from the cricketing fraternity paid tribute to the martyrs saluting them. Abhishek Nayar announced that he will commentating in Hindi during the South Africa vs England T20I series set to commence on Friday.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli commenting on lack of clarity over Rohit Sharma’s injury also created a buzz on social media on Thursday evening. Manoj Tiwary also came across the comment and took a dig at the whole matter. Various speculations are being made over Rohit’s injury and there is no clarity yet on the matter with different people commenting different things.
