The all-rounder, as always, contributed immensely to the side across all the dimensions of the game. He bagged 4% of the votes and won the 5th rank from the fans.
4. Ravichandran Ashwin – 5%
One of the most important cricketers in Indian cricket right now, Ravichandran Ashwin’s contribution is beyond description. Calm, composed and diligent, Cheteshwar Pujara continues to have a stellar impact on Indian cricket with his marathon knocks. After registering one of the best double tons of his career against Australia in March, he continued his good form and reached a career-best 2nd ranking in the ICC Test rankings. The nonchalant individual who makes his bat do the noise will have a crucial role to play in the South Africa tour coming ahead. With 11 percent of the votes in his favour, he was ranked number 3 by his fans.
