CT 2017: Kedar Jadhav looked the best at Team India nets

Team India is putting some real hard inches of efforts ahead of the Champions Trophy 2017. The Virat Kohli-led side is all pumped up to defend their title this time around. India had beaten England in the finals of the 2013 edition of the tournament. Recently, the team had a good net session where all batsmen had their time out at the session. Interestingly, a key person in the nets revealed that Kedar Jadhav was the best in the session.
Ahead of the second warm-up game against Bangladesh, team India had their session at the Oval on Monday (May 29). The likes of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, MS Dhoni, and Ajinkya Rahane were expected to steal the attention at the session. However, if one of the net bowlers is to be believed, it was Kedar Jadhav who played the best during the net session.
28-year old Gurusharan Singh was one of the pace bowlers present at the session. He has been a perennial net bowler for the visiting teams in the last five years. He is a bowler from the Middlesex County. He attended the net session of the Indian team in the morning on Monday. Later, in the afternoon, he came back again to bowl to the Bangladeshi batsmen as well. Later, he was asked to pick the batsman who was the most impressive during the session.
All Indian batsmen were good
He remarked that all the Indian batsmen were really good. Talking about Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and MS Dhoni, he quoted them to be good. As per the quotes in the Mumbai Mirror, Gurusharan Singh quoted, “They are all good and that is why they are what they are.” However, he was further asked to single out just player. Gurusharan revealed that Kedar Jadhav played him the best at the nets yesterday.
Team India will play their second warm-up match against Bangladesh at the Oval on May 30.
